What are the hardware system requirements for currently supported CCH products?

The attached documents detail the specification for servers and workstations when hosting the following CCH Software applications:

Please note the following unsupported environments:

  • Microsoft Office 64-bit (from April 2018 due to specific product issues. Please see KB article 9470)
  • Microsoft Windows Vista (from April 2017)
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (from April 2016 due to dependency of CCH Central on Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1)
  • Microsoft Windows 8 (from January 2016)
  • Microsoft IE 8, 9 and 10 (from January 2016)
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2003 (from July 2015)
  • Microsoft Windows XP (from April 2014)
  • Microsoft Office 2003 (from April 2014)
